We offer you a 30-day window for returns (credit) and exchanges. The product must still be sealed for us to accept a return or exchange, but feel free to use and keep the sample. However, if you require a cash refund (not credit), it needs to be issued within 7 days of receipt and the mailer bag and all contents need to be sealed. If not, you will not be eligible for a cash refund and only a store credit refund or exchange.
