Information on returning or exchanging products.

How do I go about returning or exchanging a product?

Not to worry, we've made our returns and exchange process a cinch! There's no charge, just head over to https://juce.co.za/pages/returns with your Order number and the relevant email, zip, or phone number.

How long do I have to initiate a return?

You've got a comfy 30-day window from the date your order was placed to kickstart a return or exchange.

Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind or don't like the scent?

Absolutely! We're not about to bombard you with questions or charges for a return or exchange. Just make sure the package stays sealed, and remember you've got that sample to test first!

Are there any restrictions or conditions for returning a product?

The only must is that the product stays in its sealed packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return. You've got that sample to decide if the scent is really for you or not.

What is your returns policy?

How long does it take to process a return and receive store credit?

Our return process works on a case-by-case basis. Generally, it'll take 2-5 business days for the whole process, but in some cases it could be even quicker!

Do I need to pay for the return shipping of an order?

Not a chance! Return shipping is on us, free of charge. Please note that we will charge a fee for cash refunds when eligible.

How should I package a return to ensure its safety?

Just slide the product back into its Juce sleeve for protection and hand it over to the courier/depot along with your printed waybill if needed.

I bought a product as a gift, and the recipient wants to exchange it. Can I return it?

Of course, you can! It works just like any other return – follow the process at https://juce.co.za/pages/returns. Just remember that the product should be sealed to be accepted.

Do you offer cash refunds?

If you require a cash refund (not credit), it needs to be issued within 7 days of receipt, and the mailer bag and all contents need to be sealed. If not, you will not be eligible for a cash refund and only a store credit refund or exchange.

If I exchange a product that I used a coupon on, will the coupon apply to the new product?

The coupon only applies to the original purchase amount. So, for example, if you scored a 20% discount on your original order, you won't score that 20% off again if you're exchanging and need to pay the difference.
